How are the two delivery stages calculated?
Successful payment authorization is followed by about 1–2 business days of processing. Estimated carrier transit after dispatch is another 4–6 business days.
May I return an item without a defect?
Yes. Defective and non-defective returns and exchanges are accepted for qualifying new goods when requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. A non-defective product must be new and unused.
Are there return charges?
An eligible approved return is mailed with the free prepaid label included in the package, and we do not charge a restocking fee. See the Refund Policy.
How quickly is the refund initiated?
It is processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days after approval, although the provider may post it later.
